Number of Vehicle Passes Needed Due to severe parking limitations at the parade assembly area, the parade committee requests entrants to use as few vehicles as possible to transport participants to the site.

NOTE: Equestrian or Motorized units must submit a copy of their certificate of insurance. Vehicle drivers must also submit a copy of their driver's license.

Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email with additional instructions to upload documents and instructions/a link to make any required payments.

All necessary documents (and applicable payments) must be received by no later than Friday, May 31 for a valid application to be considered by the Parade Committee.

A brief description of your unit MUST be provided before your application will be considered by the Parade Committee. If your entry is selected for the parade, this description will be used in the parade announcers' script. Please use the space below for a script for the announcers. Include leadership or responsible individuals and group background or history and, if applicable, prior participation in the parade. Use 100 words or less.

Submission of this application does NOT constitute acceptance. Using the information you present, we will accept applications as needed to properly balance the parade and stay within the acceptable parade length. You will be notified whether your unit has been accepted via email to the address you provide. PAPA reserves the right to accept or reject an application for any reason. PAPA will refund the full application fee received by PAPA from any rejected applicant.

Instructions for check-in and related information will be sent to accepted entries via email to the address you provide around 10 days before the parade.

I have read and agree to follow all rules on the Parade Application. I hereby agree that all information submitted regarding the above entrant is true and correct. Applicant releases and holds harmless the Palisades Americanism Parade Association, and all of its officers, members, volunteers and agents, from any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the Pacific Palisades Fourth of July Parade.
