Number of Vehicle Passes Needed Due to severe parking limitations at the parade assembly area, the parade committee requests entrants to use as few vehicles as possible to transport participants to the site.

Please email to parade@palisades4th.com (PAPA) AND to pageantryevents@aol.com or via fax to (562) 869-1927 (Pageantry). Make sure to include the Name of Entrant. Please email parade@palisades4th.com AND pageantryevents@aol.com to advise us if the person listed on the application fee payment record is other than the contact person listed above.

In order to evaluate your application, a brief description of your unit MUST be provided before your application will be considered by the Parade Committee. If your entry is selected for the parade, this description will be used in the parade announcers script. In addition to description and general background, consider including names/titles of individuals responsible (such as director, captain, etc.), previous awards won, whether you have participated in this event before and any awards received. Please limit to 100 words or less.

Submission of this application does NOT constitute acceptance. Using the information you present, we will accept applications as needed to properly balance the parade and stay within the acceptable parade length. You will be notified whether your unit has been accepted via e-mail to the address you provide. PAPA reserves the right to accept or reject an application for any reason.

Acknowledgement

I have read and agree to follow all rules on the Parade Application. I hereby agree that all information submitted regarding the above entrant is true and correct. Entrant releases and holds harmless the Palisades Americanism Parade Association, and all of its officers, members, volunteers and agents, from any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in the Pacific Palisades Fourth of July Parade.
